You guys are due for an UPDATE!!! Unsolved Mysteries Style.
My CD player AND iTrip both stopped working on the SAME DAY, a couple of months ago. My ears were devastated because I wasn't able to rock block rockin beats in the car. I was forced to listen to 105.9 in the mornings, or be dashing/daring/nerdy and use the earbud headfones whilst driving. I actually enjoyed the sound quality but I looked lame. Didn't really care for the most part but would be embarrassed if anyone I knew saw me. Anywayz.......
A couple days ago while my iPod was charging, and the radio was sucking the life out of my life, I decided to put a CD in and it worked! YAY. Then, yestaday, my dad bought me an iTrip off E-Bay and it doesn't work! For whatever reason, I never threw away my old iTrip and gave it a try! It works!!!! Weird huh? Never before was I so glad to hear "Jump in the line, rock your body on time, OKAY I BELIEVE YOU...... ROCK YOUR BODY CHILD!"
I love my job so much. It's basically perfect, aside from the fact I don't get any exercise sitting at a desk all day. I don't have to deal with customers, or sell shit (I work in a law firm with pretty ladies). Today, I got a new desk and chair. Very fancy. I'm secluded by frosted glass and wood finishing. Soon I'll be bringing in the infamous iPod to jam whilst working. Also, they've chosen me to go around to different Property Management Companies and deliver them holiday gifts from our office. Basically, I get paid to eat cookies and drink champagne with these people all day. Life gets better.
LJ User okarskeet is the FUCKING MAN. he and his girlfriend woke up a the crack of dawn and travelled to a remote Wal-Mart in the Tallahassee area and both bought brand new Nintendo Wii's... one for him, and one for Mii!!!!! Merry Christmas Billy. I was very close to succumbing to life and buying a Wii off of Craigslist, for upwards of $425. Now I get one for the regular price and I won't be getting into any risky/illegal business to get it. Stoked. Go Brian, Go!
What else.... LJ user Johnny moved back to South Florida. That's great.. I could use a good buddy around here since they are so hard to come by these days. Another good buddy might be moving here too but its not official yet and I don't wanna blow up his spot....
I special ordered Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water from Publix because NO ONE carries it, which will change soon... trust me.... best drink ever...and by the way it mixes AMAZINGLY with your alcohol of choice....
TEXAS IS THE REASON reunion show thanksgiving weekend, in NYC, was a fucking blast.......this dude took a picture of the crowd and it looked like a picture of me with people behind me... Obligatorily I shall name drop that Garrett the singer/guitarist of TEXAS liked the picture so much he put it on his "who i'd like to meet" section of his myspace profile.... i am too cool....i never want to grow up.....i'm 23, 24 in two months and I'm still a kid......I wouldn't have it any other way.......
