For eight days starting from October 25th the Arashi members will appear in all sorts of TV programs broadcast by Nippon TV to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The project is titled '嵐 [Arashi] CHALLENGE★week', and on the final day a special program will be broadcast live. The Arashi members will perform on a 'flying stage' during that program. Arashi member Sakurai, who is afraid of heights, sounded worried about the never-before-seen stage setting. "To be honest I'd rather not do it. I mean...is it really safe? I hope we don't get blown off...Right now it's easier for me to imagine something going terribly wrong rather than everything going perfectly right." For this 'experiment', a stage will be lifted using balloons filled with helium gas. When the music starts the stage will gradually start to float, and right when the members start singing it is supposed to 'fly' 13 meters above ground. In concerts and other live events the Arashi members have pulled off great acrobatic performances while in the air by being lifted up with wires. But, of course, performing on a 'floating stage' will be a novel experience. Matsumoto commented "It's the first time we're going to perform in the air on a flying stage. I have no idea what it would be like, but I'm going to enjoy the experience!" Ohno also seemed to be looking forward to it. "You don't often get to sing songs on a stage floating in the air so I'm really excited! Enjoy watching us singing and floating!" Ninomiya smiled and commented "Like everyone else, for this 'experiment' we genuinely don't know how it will turn out (laugh). Please pray that we can pull this off without getting hurt." In another 'experiment', using 3D glasses the viewers will get to enjoy the members perform three dimensionally. Aiba sounded confident that the 'experiments' will be successful. "Both are dreamlike projects...I hope we can lead the viewers into a dreamlike world. We'll dance around on the floating stage and with the help of the 3D glasses it will look as if we're standing out of the TV screens."
