"you naughty little vixen"

Well tonight was fun. More fun, in my opinion, than prom was last night. Sure, prom was a good time, but it was way too stressful/cost a TON/overrated. Got my hair curled at 3...it started to frizz after a 1/2 hour. Honestly, i put it up about an hour after we got there because it was getting so BIG.
Tons of family came over my house before, to take pictures. It was kind of embarassing, i had both grandmothers over, as well as my aunt and my uncle and cousins (who live across the street) and my sister had two friends over. Then there were my parents, and then Matt and his parents...i think there were 14 or 15 people over in total. Yeah. A lot. Oh, and there were at least 5 different cameras. We finally managed to escape them all, and Matt's parents drove us to the Allens' house, where the limo (and our towncar) would be picking us up. More pictures, this time as a group. All of the other girls seemed taller than me lol. And even with 2" heals, i don't think i even came up to Matt's chin (i'm only 5'1", and he's 10 inches taller than me...)I'll post some of the pictures later, they came out really well. Then the limo showed up, and we took pictures in front of that. In all, i think i had more than 200 pictures taken of me. Right, so they all got into the limo (and matt and i got into our separate car, because the person in charge of taking care of the limo plans overbooked it, and we got ousted and had to find something else. but whatever, that's fine). Our driver's name was Monty. Tee hee.
Arrived at the Sheraton in Boston after sitting in traffic for a while (we think it was because of the Red Sox game). Then we followed the group of people from our school upstairs. Got checked in, and mingled. Twas fun. I saw a disturbing amount of my old teachers who were chaperoning. Got to make sure we kids don't cause too much trouble, eh? lol. Next came dinner, which was pretty good. And more socializing (OMG, i LOVE your DRESS! ::or:: ahh! you look SO pretty! ::or:: wow, your hair looks GREAT!...etc.) Then we got to dancing of course. That was just eh, not terribly exciting. They played "Piano Man" as the last song for the seniors. Then prom ended at 11.
Monty drove us back to Matt's house, since we only had the car until 12. Matt got changed out of his tux, then he drove to my house so i could change my shoes, which were KILLING me. We met the rest of the limo gang at IHOP around 12:30 (they had the limo until 1). They were all finished with eating when we got there, so Matt and i didn't have time to get anything. It was kind of a waste, so we decided we would come back another time.
Went back to Matt's house and eventually fell asleep on his couch. oops. One of us (no idea if it was me or him) woke up around 3, and he drove me home. Which is unfortunately still illegal, since he won't be 18 until next month. oops again.
I woke up around 12 the next day, cleaned my room, made my mom 3 bracelets for mother's day, took a shower.. Then Matt came over and we went back to his house and had hot chocolate. We played with his sister's cat and played helicopter online and then we had dinner with the rest of his family. After dinner we had more hot chocolate, and then we got bored and went to video plus, but we didn't find anything too appealing so we went back to his house and browsed his sister's movie collection. We decided on the matrix revolution, which i had never seen before. It was ok, but i liked the 1st one better.
At around 11:45 we left for my house, and Matt says he's hungry and really wants bacon, and he says he feels like going to IHOP. I said yeah, let's go, even though my parents would probably get kind of angry. So yeah. We went to IHOP.
We got there around 12, and there was a surprising number of people there even though it was so late. Got our food, discussed how much potential trouble we would be in by breaking his 12 o'clock driving curfew (yet again!). When he dropped me off, it was a little bit past 1. The front door was open, and i thought i was going to be in trouble for being out so late. Turns out i was wrong; my parent's were both asleep, although my dad had fallen asleep downstairs. He woke up for a brief moment, and instead of asking what i was doing home so late, he told me to turn off the lights outside and to make sure i locked the front door. Honestly, i could get away with murder, my parents trust me so much. Not that i give them any reason not to (...not really, anyway...).

And now i'm here! and it's time for bed. goodnight.
