An amazing upcoming weekend
Since I haven't updated in a few days, I figured I would take this opportunity before work to fill anyone who cares in on the happenings this weekend. The big event is Kate's prom. I'm happy its not really that formal, since I'm really not that formal a person (I mean I can be, but I prefer a more casual type event). Kate and I went shopping on Tuesday in Newington and had an amazing time picking out things for me to wear. I ended up getting a black shirt and a spiffy Jerry Garcia tie (which I think brings my total of J.G. ties up to 7). I still don't know what I'm wearing for pants, since Kate wants to make the final decision tonight. I'm not sure whats happening after the prom. I think we are going to one of her friends houses for a party. It should be a good time overall.
I should probably go start getting ready for work, even though I'm already hating it.... again. I'm hoping the marina calls back and offers me a job, and if they do I'm quitting Mill Street on the spot. I do feel sort of bad leaving them hanging like that, but it helps that John is continuing to be a douchebag. Anyhoo, I must be on my way to the shower. I'll update sometime after the weekend on the whole prom thing.
