eat your veggies

this morning's smoothie:

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 box mori-nu silken tofu
1 totally stuffed cup of kale/chard (~3 stalks/pieces)
1/2 cup goji juice (the most expensive stuff on the planet)
~4 drops stevia

and a piece of almond butter/apricot all fruit toast on the side.

it came out pretty well. although it suprisingly didn't have much flavor. i probably would use more blueberries next time ('cause i love 'em so) and more kale/chard (because i feel like i should). i may not be buying the goji juice after this bottle runs out due to its price. it was nearly $8 for a 750 mL bottle!! AND it was showing a price cut from $14!!! but my friend said it's never 14. however, i could get ~ 6 smoothies out of it if i use 1/2 cup each time. but it says use within 5 days of opening and refrigerating. i meant to add flax seeds but forgot...

hopefully this'll tide me over for a while. i *think* i'm working both jobs today, though only a few hours at each most likely. better get to it...
