Here's my nomination for World's Worst Motivational Speech.

Quintus Arrius to Judah Ben-Hur (Charlton Heston movie, now in its 50th anniversary year). Quintus Arrius, a Roman consul, the highest elected political office of the Roman Republic, addresses all the convicts who are chained to their oars in the bowels of the galley.
