Watching a law show on Hulu right now, and 2 defense lawyers are discussing strategy about a murder case at a restaurant. Has anyone ever thought how WEIRD this is in our society nowadays? Not just law issues, but big business deals, breakups, plots to kill someone - all taking place at Applebee's or wherever? Wouldn't it make a cool documentary (oxymoron?) to hear lifelong waitstaff "dish" on the conversations they've interrupted and overheard? Why can't people just meet in a conference room anymore?
There just MUST be pasta involved?
