Psh Grad Party, I have a real life:
In conformity with the past two years of skipping grad party I went to the Pixies/Interpol concert instead. Man what a great show. Interpol was their same old pretentious we play half assed music, but c'mon they're great. (Plus trying to hear them jam might be the funniest thing I've ever seen. It sounds something like an angry kid with a pot and a pan). Of course the Pixies were just fantastic. Now there's a band that knows how to play with adrenaline. The pixies give a show with that raw cutting "we're actually playing up here guys" sound as opposed to the "we sound like our cd" or "we sound terrible when we don't have production". Now that I've seen Interpol 2.5 times and the Pixies 2 times, I think I’ve nearly heard both bands play their entire repertoire through.
