stuck in the middle

how do i always end up in the middle of big things like this. i guess i'm too nice to pick sides, so i just stay neutral.. then people from both sides have to talk to me about all their problems, and they ask me about what the other people are saying or thinking. and im here in the middle trying to fix this huge thing that is way too big for me. this isnt the first time that this has happened. and i hate it. as much as i want to, i cant fix this. and i can't make people understand how the other side is feeling.
