Front Right - Bed Base

This is the base of the bed I am working on. I will work on the shelves next then the headboard.

I have learned a couple of things building this

1) Power tools are your friend. Don't hand sand the face boards, use a nice power sander.
2) Wood warps after you buy it... take that into account with the tolerances in the design.
2a) add more tolerances to all of the design, being organic, wood is not exact
3) IF you can help it, don't use 3/4" ply wood, use a series of 1x6s instead.
4) 2x12 lumber is BLOODY heavy
5) I did not need to over engineer this to be as solid as I did... I may have over done it.

This was fun
