So, despite the three months of struggling to fill it out correctly the first time (80% of nominees fail at this), mine came back today. Well, the dental portion did. Apparently those three cavities I had filled weren't noted in the file, so I need the DDS to write a letter stating that they were taken care of. Then I'm done. I suppose that's the best thing I could have hoped for, in having it returned. Oh, well. I'll get that sorted first thing tomorrow.
