i loved this so much despite its brevity, i liked the atmosphere and characterization and it left me wanting more ;; i like the half-half concept and the parallels. it was kind of deep so i had to concentrate while reading and i liked that too.
"the one who would never love Mark the same way that he did Jackson" this line is gorgeous ♥ your prose is so beautiful guh
i liked the repetition of the phrase "rose-tinted glasses" and this line confused me at first "only because an old ex of Jackson’s had visited for a while and he’d been feeling up for some vindictive revenge." but then i think i figured out what it means... they kissed to make jackson's ex jealous? ;;
i liked the line and instagram thing because instagram is totally markson's love nest lol :P
"Then, Jackson had been confused; because his heart was beating way too fast, and Mark was suddenly way too close, but whilst it was an uncomfortable sort of proximity where he felt like the world was staring at every single one of his movements, it still felt so right." my favourite line in the fic sobs ;___; the last line of jackson's part was perfect too! ♥

aaaa I'm so ?? happy that you like this. it was written with a lot less care than i usually put into writing because the main purpose was for me to explore mark and jackson a bit, but i'm glad you liked it all the same ;_;
omg ;; ye kinda! like, jackson only rlly tried to be affectionate for the sake of putting on a show - in that verse, I tried to present Jackson as the kind of jack(son)assy kinda guy who isn't necessarily evil, but kinda gets a bit self-absorbed, etc ....
