Alright, the bad news is, I'm really concerned about your nutrition - and I know it's not entirely your fault that it's gotten so bad. So, I'm switching the target of your medication. Less inhaler, more pills. But I can't increase the amount of medication you're taking without putting you in a catatonic state or killing you. So, your cough will probably come back
