TAKE FROM THE RICH AND GIVE TO THE RICHER
so my parents tell me the bill passed. as private practice doctors, they are not comfortable with this. their complaint is that as republicans who own their own business and as a doctor who is getting no say, this bill will ruin the country and destroy democracy.
everything sounds like a lot of bullshit to me. i don't trust any type of politics.
all the republicans are butthurt because the don't want to pay for people who can't pay for themselves. democrats are butthurt because the bill sucks or whatever. but everyone who is a politician is a liar. they don't care about the people, they just want a paycheck like everyone else in America. Healthcare reform is not a good idea right now though, while the country is so fucked already as it is.
I think there should be population control. Not to be tryanical or anything, i just think the world, especially America is overpopulated. The government should support cigarettes or something for population control and then not have the healthcare to back it up. that might make an interesting story...
i went swimming today for like the first time in forever, to sort of warm up for my interview for tomorrow. i was surprised at just how out of shape i really am. i was out of breath after one 100! now i'm getting a little nervous about shaping up for the people testing me. but hopefully i'll be what they're looking for.
ALSO: i emailed the Red Cross/UCLA to bitch about their interns fucking up my arm at the blood drive. hopefully i got my point across:
