Dreamworld friends: I think Kel, Aubrey, Hero, and Mari are gone. He's too familiar with the real world versions to keep that fantasy. They really started deteriorating and falling apart at the end, the ghosts in the wall tell you to pity their souls, but most importantly I see them walking away in the good ending hospital hallway as like a final goodbye, you know? It feels wrapped up in a way.

Though, part of me does think the idea of Kel Aubrey and Hero showing up again the dreamworld is fun, just more similar to their real world versions haha. I'D HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT for now to me they are gone.

THIS FANDOM HAS THE MOST INTERESTING SHIP NAMES honestly it kind of reminds me of anime shipnames, where instead of name meshes they'd do like "contestshipping" because "contest" is associated with both the characters, Omori just doesn't put "shipping" at the end! It wouldn't strike me as odd at all if they just did like "sunflowershipping" or whatever. That'd make sense. but no!

I imagine it was one of his missing birthdays! Sunny was there for a long time, it makes sense him and Omori would coexist every once in a while, when it's too hard to forget himself...

Canonically based on what the ghosts say it was just Sunny, or "the DREAMER", and Omori was created when Sunny became hikikomori

It's really interesting because I read ONE single fanfic with Stranger in it (that I did quite enjoy) and they fell into the same trap I did, which is...... Stranger does NOT talk how you'd expect him to. He looks scary yet somewhat bonevolant, so you'd expect him to talk like some...... knowing entity.......... but like most of the time it's split between something like that and adorable basilspeak lol

"Depressive episode" just means a specific low point. He'll reach a low point again, but just for a few days he's at his lowest. Then he gets better, then he gets worse, then he gets better, etc etc. An episode is just one of those low points ^_^
