A fun weekend, but not enough work got done

So yeah, this past weekend was really fun. Sin visited for part of Friday and Saturday, and left on Sunday morning. I won't go into details, but we met in a parking lot...again. It seems to be a standard thing with us. We ended up talking about things til about 2 am or so. Saturday was sooo much fun. We went to the Ithaca farmers market, which is definitely someplace I will be going again! There was so much neat stuff, and I had a fried banana, which was good, but I am not going to make a habit of having them. From the farmers market, we went to the OSA picnic. That was also really fun, getting to know some of the older grad students. It was cold though and I forgot a long sleeve shirt. Sin and I were the official burger makers. I think we did pretty good if you forget about the two midget burgers. After that we picked up some coffee. later in the afternoon we went to the Ithaca Apple Festival, which was awesome as well! For dinner there was sushi, then we wandered around Cornell for a little bit and went up into the clock tower o watch a chime master reunion, which involved "Under the Sea" played on chimes. Finally we went and saw Jackass 2, which was really stupid, but it was so funny! That was pretty much it for Saturday. Overall it was a really fun weekend, but my apartment felt so lonely on Sunday.

This coming weekend is Fall Break, which I'm really looking forward to. I'm going to ROCHESTER for Friday and Saturday night for Meliora weekend. Then I'm going to pick up a table from my Grandma's, so that I FINALLY have a decent surface to do work on. I will probably be back in Elmira for Monday night and part of Tuesday. I'm looking forward to seeing people in Elmira. I'm hoping more weekends are like the last one!
