Yay for Spring Break! The only problem with Rochester's Spring Break is that it is early, so hardly anyone is home from college for it.
Things have been coming along pretty well. Senior Lab is the same. I really like doing the experiment, it's the write up that's a pain in the ass. I guess it's the only way to learn how to write a scientific paper. Last weekend was fun, on Saturday I went out. I ended up felling like dancing the entire night, so I dance alone. It's amazing what will happen when you actually know the music you're listening to. Later that night I hung out with Sin once she got back from the track meet. I took my test in Quantum last Monday. No one finished it, but every question I answered I felt really good on. I also got an e-mail from the HR department at Livermore apologizing for not sending the application to me earlier. As a result, I have to fill out the authorization to do a background check and get it too them by March 15th. I looked at it today, and I have a few questions about it, hopefully I will get them done tomorrow. I finished the last assignment before spring break on Tuesday night, so Wednesday and Thursday night were fun. Wednesday was more low key, read beirut. I got a chance to talk to Szajta, which is always fun. On Thursday I played more beirut and didn't suck for once! Later we went to Phi Tau for a little bit. I left and walked back to campus with Bruce, MG, Karen, and Zack's little sister Amanda. Once we got back, Karen and I had Chinese food. Once the food was finished, I went back to my room and wen to sleep. Friday morning, I ended up picking Karen up from the Airport when she found out her flight was delayed. Then I waited for my mom to arrive so I could drive home. I got home and enjoyed my sister's birthday.
Tomorrow I am going to be going to Rochester for the day with Hilary. I will be learning to speedskate, but I will also take Hil and her friend to either Eastview or Greece Ridge mall. As for the rest of the week, I'm looking forward to doing just enough, then taking it easy the rest of the time. I have to do my taxes and fill out the LLNL application. I will not be doing work on Wednesday as it is my birthday and Sin will probably stop down for it. Here's to hoping for a good break.
