One with savior!Hermione that springs to mind is Naked Journey! He is rescued using spells, Arithmancy,and whatnot... I don't remember how she pinpointed his location. This fic was discussed with mollyssister at HWW. As an added bonus, there's Bob, the unicorn, devoted friend to neked!Snape.
