weekend: over.
well, it's sunday night now. thanks for all of your weekend activity suggestions. i ended up changing the layout at the domain (the LJ will soon follow), designing ben's band a website (there's absolutely no content on it though), doing some light gaming (illusion of gaia on emulator), coming up with a lot of yarn color combos in photoshop, eating an ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS raspberry crostada for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, crocheting a small square with big holes in it so i think i'm still doing something wrong, doing some light research for a seminar paper, and that's about it.
what was lame about this weekend was that the seller i bought the wheel from told me that the warehouse was not shipping any more of that model until the beginning of december. uhh, no!? so he asked if i wanted a refund and i said yes, because i can't wait that long.
what was awesome about this weekend was that 1 lb of bonus confetti fiber came with the wheel and the seller already had shipped it, so he told me to keep it! then, after hours of searching and emailing people, i finally found the same wheel for $50 less than the original one! and they had it in stock. so i used some of those $50 worth of savings and got the next day shipping. in conclusion, after all this i saved $10, will have the wheel on tuesday, and will also receive a free pound of confetti wool. how happy and thankful i am.
there's some craft fair in philly in mid-december - did i already mention this? - that jessica is thinking of selling at. hopefully i can learn to not suck at the wheel and get some product made for the fair. now, i should PROBABLY get a paper done for class on tuesday because we all know i'm going to skip it.
