i am ridiculously happy this morning.
the person for whom that delicious meal was prepared was extremely satisfied and impressed. i have to say, i was impressed that everything came out absolutely perfect.
if you're interested, this is the best dressing ever. i thought i was going to be a tough guy and make my own dressing, but after i went to the store to find that they had NO THYME at all, i had to go to two others before i found some and was then running late.
i was even more impressed that i had such a wonderful evening with this person. i almost forgot what it was like. i'm going to try to avoid thinking about the tough stuff for right now.
