I've been holding off because we have so so so much more to do! You're so lucky that you were able to get it all done asap... hopefully in the next year or two we'll be able to go ahead and completely redo the downstairs...open up the dining room, kitchen, and foyer. So much to do! So little money to do it!

i have to say that it is the one really great thing about being a teacher ... i have all of this free time in the summer. really, thanks obama for giving me $8000 just for buying a house!
