Although it was back to work with a bang this morning it is good to be back in the thick of it all!
I've found a therapist and have booked my first appointment for later this week. Am a little bit nervous...but...it's a necessary part if becoming a psychotherapist.
Whilst the end product of therapy is always good (ie the 'me' I will become)...the process of getting there can sometimes be a bit painful.
I've sent my therapist some outcomes and a 'story so far' of my life. I've also got to take with me a drawing of my life now and my life as I would like it to be! Interesting.
I will of course blog about it all!
