2 minute update

-Parents are in their own house as of Monday morning
-Had a relaxing week of mostly couching and tv'ing when I wasn't work/workouting
-Realized I wasn't eating enough for my increased workout and am now chowing down on mucho more fruits and veggies and even some nuts in addition to my regular noshing.
-Scale hates me less today.  Hopefully will hate me even less sooner but I am all zen like (for the moment at least).
-Ran my best 5k time ever by almost 3 minutes (29:35).  Gee, look what happens when I eat enough!
-Hitting the gym, eating delicious smoked chicken, taters, and veggies, and then....starting my weekend.
-Have Friday and Monday off for Austin City Limits music festival of awesomeness!
-I'll talk to you more later!
