split ting headaches!
Grrr, I want pizza right now, really bad, from Papa John's. And I wanna hang out with ma' girl Ashlee too, if not today, Wednesday fo' sho'.
I've had a migraine for 3 days in a row, off and on, hopefully I won't get one today.
I worked Friday night, then Saturday morning I had another ptless work meeting at 8 a-fuckin-m, and decided to work a double. I made $178, not bad for my sales :) I was dog tired, then I started working last night at 4 and around 7 I started not feeling so good. I felt like I was gonna puke and then another migraine took hold, so they let me go home. I really really wanted to work cuz I need the money, but I guess my body wouldn't let me. I rested at Lance's house, where his mom, him and I watched "The Stepford Wives" (which was OK, not as good as I was expecting it to be) and "The Forgotten" which was better than the first one, it's a psychological thriller and I like those. His mom made chicken stew, so I ate some of that and it made me happy, but nothing dun make my headache go away :(
Saturday, in between my break, I headed on over to the Borders in Oakland mall and spent fifty some odd dollars on books (Buy 3 get the 4th free). I bought "Flowers for Algernon" (if anyone remembers reading a portion of it in middle school I think), "Crime and Punishment" (a mystery/thriller novel, supposed to be a classic), "The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S. Lewis (fantasy/adventure), and "The Virgin Suicides" which I started reading last night and love it. I've never seen the movie but plan on it after I read the book. Books are always better than the movies anyhow. So I'm real excited about getting back into reading again, like I used to when I was a young girl (haha who am I kidding, I'm still young).
Class is over, I have to go down to WSU tomorrow to turn in my final draft, and I only have a few minor additions to make and I'm done, but I don't feel like doing it right now. I would like to make it even better, but I really don't care at this pt. I wanna it to be done and over with so I can read leisurly material.
All I could manage to pick up for this week is Thursday morning at 11, so I'll be working that day, Fri, Sat, and Sunday night. I don't think I am going to pull any more doubles, seriously.
Anywho, I'm hungry and I want pizza and grr, I still need to go to the bank. I wanna do something today. My sister is not sure if she is going into labor yet or not, but she's having more and more contractions so that's a good sign I guess. Her due date is tomorrow, August 2nd, so we shall see. I'm excited, I can't wait to see Athena (my sister changed her middle name, it is no longer going to be Skye but, grr I just asked my mom and she can't member. I'll do an edit when I find out) Later!
