I know it's Sunday, but I want to talk about the CRAZY day Laura and I had on Friday.
It was super fun(ny).
1. She got to drive me home--yay!
2. She had to return a waaayyy overdue book to plymouth's library...so we went out of the Salem parking lot...but we weren't allowed to turn left! How dumb is that. So we had to go around.
3. Then we thought we'd take a shortcut through Sunflower and follow this one red car that we thought was taking a shortcut too. Turns out they weren't. They pulled up in a driveway...and Oh Em Gee, it was Heather Dee! Laura FREAKED out and we could not stop cracking up.
4. I was smart and got us out through the shortcut to Plymouth. Laura was astounded at our coolness.
5. We parked so we were touching Cassie's car. Her and Shelby were still there...surprise surprise. I wonder what they do.
6. We talked to them for a little while, went to my locker, then walked down to the library. It was 2:37. The sign on the library door said that it closed at 2:30. Damn. So I told her I'd return the book for her on Monday.
7. We left, after taking a quick potty break and cutting out to Canton on the emergency drive, and decided to make a pit stop at 7-Eleven. Too bad we don't have any cash. However, we did have change. So we grab a slurpee for us, one for her mom, and a bag of those fritos twistie things.
8. The guy at 7-Eleven was SOOOO mean. First, we were counting our change, and he was like, "If you're going to pay with pennies you have to blah blah (something I couldn't understand)". So I was like, "Okay." Then when we were trying to figure out what chips we wanted, we were pointing at them with our feet so we wouldn't have to crouch down. The guy sees this and goes, "Don't kick the chips. You wouldn't want people kicking your chips." Me and Laura look at each other and I go, "We're not touching them." And we kind of chuckle, but the guy says, "This is not a joke, You wouldn't want people to kick your food." Our jaws dropped, we picked our chips, and went to go check out. THEN he says, "I told you if you want to pay in coins they have to be rolled." Okay, first off, before he definitely said pennies. And we only had like four pennies. The rest was quarters and dimes. But he let us pay anyway. So we left and then decided to let out our frustrations in the car.
9. I had to drop off some AP Bio notes at my friend Bri's house, so we did that. And admired how huge of a sub Central Park is.
10. We FINALLY went home. But Laura had to do her summit-babysitting thing in like 20 minutes, so I decided I'd get a workout in and go with her. That was fun, I worked hard, and then when I was done we listened to music and I got my chem homework done while we waited for Taylor (the girl she babysits) to get out of dance class.
11. Went home for good this time. And stayed there. Well, I did at least. She went and got her hairs cut. Muy cute, I might add. The emo bangs were a nice touch.
The moral of the story is...I Love Laura.
