well what is in the jars? potatoes? peas? carrots? apple sauce? all really easy to steam (or boil if you'd rather) mash up with breast milk and a healthy fat and freeze, if she eats a lot you can freeze in globs on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and then bag and tag :D according to my baby food book from 1990 ( ugh, my babies are so big now) she can have apples, pears, banana, melon + avocado raw now, it also says soya beans and split mung beans well cooked are good for her as well. I don't think I would use soya beans though, they are hard to digest I find. she should be able to chew a little now as well? try mashing with a fork instead of making it silky smooth
are you doing vegan for her? I think red lentils are the mildest but I'd have to research that to be sure. Tofu?
