i´d just like to let everyone know that i did something intelligent today.
as we all know, the postal service/union jobs are all on strike, leaving an angry spanish mob standing in the way of me and the post office for the past three days. normally, i respect strikers and don´t cut through the picket line. however, i was getting impatient, so i devised a plan. i knew that the post office closed for the afternoon at 200 for national naptime, but stayed open for about 15 minutes longer. this left me with about 15 minutes of grace time to get to where i needed to be. i went to the isa office, which is about three blocks away from the post office and waited until about 2pm to start my trip. as soon as i got there, the mob was breaking apart to go home. in the end, i got my letters mailed and they should be there in about a week. go me.
