Doctor/Donna makes me go eck. Why? Because Doctor and Donna are best friends. No, seriously, they act the same way my best friend's boyfriend (and, coincidentally, he is also my semi-best friend) and I do, complete with the: "So, then, it's a date!" And the "never ever", too.
I love Donna+Doctor because it's so cute and real and fantastic. <3 And her enthusiasm for Rose and Martha and Jack, just, everything that she is, really, is completely awesome.
