I'm back from my trip to El Paso and now know how to make fabulous authentic tamales. Be jealous. I also now know exactly how healthy/unhealthy and how much work they are. Don't be jealous after all.
Also, what is it with Mexicans thinking it is okay to sneak up behind you and touch your baby before you even know they are there or without asking permission. If I hadn't been in church with mis tios I probably would have punched out a bunch of defenseless old women.
