(no subject)
wow livejournal. where have you been the past few months of my life? this is what boredom does to people. however, i keep myself thoroughly entertained reading everyone else's, so here's a few words as a time wasting activity for those of you who know im still on the planet, and fully functioning.
ahem... currently mr. christopher is being eaten alive by strep throat. it's very sad. i'm going to go visit him as soon as rush hour slows down... more like speeds up i guess (it took a whole slipknot song to move 2 exits on the way home). and i shall provide a bounty of nick's pizza (the most amazing sustenance ever to grace the mouths of rockville centre).
work has been engulfing my life. weekends don't really exist to me anymore. in fact, i look forward to monday, tues, and wed, for the simple fact that i have enough free time to watch the sunset if i wanted to.
this weekend everyone thankfully came home for thanksgiving (haha wow im not funny). was awesome to see everyone. crew thanksgiving '05 = a success, i'd say. went to pat's a few times and desecrated his garage window in a number of ways. been introduced to cigars, which i must say, though i'm not going to make a habit of smoking them, they're nice while drinking. but let's be honest with ourselves; i really don't drink that often. went to a party at mr. drew's house. saw some people from my old school...
i started thinking about how much time has passed. we're not old, but we're certainly oldER. time really does fly, but thinking about stuff in the past makes you realize how much time really has gone by. and how much we've changed (for example : deadite1984: ok, I need to hit the gym). it was so weird, being completely comfortably around a whole bunch of people i either didn't know, or used to know, when 4 or 5 years ago, i would've avoided any social situation at all costs. point is, word to some changes; not word to others.
