We have to use everything we have at our disposal to fight this. Fight the urge to let the darkness take over. Fight the urge to use drugs or alcohol as a crutch. Fight the urge to allow our physical health to be affected. It's a neverending tough battle. Some people won't support you; some won't even care about how you feel. Some people give unsolicited advice trying to help.
"Get some fresh air."
"You have so much to be grateful for!"
"Get out and do something fun."
And it makes us angry!!! How dare they say things like that, they don't understand what this feels like. They don't know what they're talking about?
And they may not. But they are actually right. You need to try every single thing you can not to give up the fight. Take time for yourself, for a little while. Stay in bed, but not forever. Cry your heart out, but then stop. Every day. Get up. Make yourself look and feel better, however hard that is. Fight fight fight. Don't let the darkness take over. And be as kind as you can to others. And help as many people (or animals) as possible. It is a journey of healing, peace, and self acceptance. You are worth the fight. 💕❤💕❤💕🙌
