Shell made I-E.net a beautiful anime layout! Right now I'm putting it up, and it looks wonderful <3. I've just added buttons and little touches to the layout and SHAZAM, thank you Foxy Cleopatra, its pretty much finished! Now all I have to do is add it to all the other pages ><. I think I'm gonna make a contest, I hope people enter >< ><.
