work; heels; iphone
Work:
First week of work has indeed been busy.
Was trying to absorb as much as I can about the processes & system softwares adopted by the company.
This job isnt fun at all but hey! which job is? right?
I'll be expecting to fly over to HK by end of the year to conduct training sessions to the clients.
(Violet, my manager, wants to build up my self-confidence. ZzZzz)
So i guess, you guys will be hearing 'Violet''s name being mentioned on and off in this journal space quite often.
The company's got me a new Lenovo laptop, connected to 2 wide-screen monitors. uber shiokness.
Eyes going blind soon.
Heels; 6th March 2010 (Saturday;Yesterday):
I bought three pairs of heels for CNY, out of which, all were worn for work last week and guess what, I ended up buying another pair for work the next day.
Why? Simply cos the 3 pairs of heels have been giving me hell problems! i have cuts and blisters on my toes and heel.
By Wednesday, my feet were like so vulnerable to almost everything!
5plasters on each foot.
Making me spent 10 plasters.
Can't help that I have such sensitive and broad feet.
So many pretty heels and had to forgo wearing them.
And yesterday, I bought yet ANOTHER heels, from PAZZION at Wisma.
Mike says: Buy! buy! buy! Very nice.
and when we reach the cashier counter, I was the one whipping out my CC to pay for it.
ZzZzz
$69.90 leh WTF!
But, kind-souled him offered to pay for my Levi's jeans!
He went to the counter at 313, and said: ok la ok la, i pay for the jeans. U return me half after you get your first pay.
(But I dunchcare. I am gonna act blur after I got my first pay. heh.)
Just hope that the heels at Pazzion wont hurt much for me.
As for the jeans, had to purchase a pai since every Fridays is a dress-down day.
And I dont think my daily dressing out of work basis can pass off.
iPhone:
Did I also mention that I dropped my iphone a week ago, on the worse flooring ever invented on earth, THE CEMENT FLOOR.
Boy, was I so heartpain when it dropped flat face down on the ground., while waiting for a bus at the bus stop.
Needless to say, the vibrate metal button came off. and I only realized that after I got on the bus. =(
some scratches on the metal as well..
sighhh..
It's not that the phone is lousy.
iPhone is really good. Just have to get a protective cover for it.

I told Mike it was an award winning product and he refused to let me buy cos firstly, it's ex ($50+) and that I always change cover and whatsoever, and end up, he got it for himself for his iphone and laugh at me when i told him i dropped my phone.
