She closed her eyes and felt the sun glisten on her blue skin. She swore that it felt better than when she was in her mask of white skin. She opened her eyes and saw the beach goers staring at her. This was not like the lusty stares she usually got. Lustful stares were now replaced with repulsion. She nearly changed but felt Erik's lips on her forehead. The look in his eyes were full of acceptance of her true form. She decided she wouldn't trade that look for the lustful eyes of men who only wanted the fake facade.
