Note to the medical profession...I know my veins are wee. This does not give you an excuse to butcher my hands and arms! It also means that, as I've been at this game a long time, actually listening to me when I tell where the best place for putting an IV in will save you frustration and me pain. And lastly - please do not talk to my brother instead of me! I realise I was a little sedated...that's why my brother was there. But even looking at me whilst discussing me would be nice, rather than talking to my brother, about me, and ignoring me. Gah!
