Am feeling chatty, so I thought I'd share random things.
I have the best big sister ever. Last Sunday she interrupted her own exposition on grad schools that she thinks I should look into - to ask "am I being short and bossy again?" &hearts ! She doesn't watch Supernatural, I just made her see that clip because it was so very fitting to our family dynamic/ height differential.
I have the best Wonderful Roommate ever. She kicked the last bit of Monday's anxiety attack out of me by stopping at the pharmacy and putting my meds into my shaky little hands.
On my way home from work today I walked past a guy who used the word "parsimonious" twice in the thirty seconds I was listening to his conversation.
Overheard in my classroom after school yesterday, in the middle of an entirely unrelated topic:
- Student of Chinese descent: I feel like I should apologize.
- Student of Tibetan descent: It's OK. I know it's the government, not the people.
- Me: *is happy*
Turned in grades today. The King is dead. Long live the King.
I'm going to a Super Hero Themed wedding in a few weeks (costumes are encouraged) and I have no idea what to wear! Am going with The Wonderful Roommate. Any ideas for a female heroic duo? Or any cool hero/ costume?
