I understand your confusion, miss, truly, but you may be better advised to seek accommodation for now -- a night's worth at least. The weather grows chill.
Thanks. It seems I may have found a place, but - [ "Accomodation" means places to live, which means this world is kind of developed in terms of actually living in it. ]

There is, yes. I believe that it is referred to as the "welcome center" by the residents of this place. Or the "welcoming center". A charming name at any rate.
I believe that the center is manned, yes. If you have any questions, however, the journal will likely be your best recourse. All men and women here are accustomed to aiding new arrivals.
An inconvenience, but by no means an insurmountable one. Nevertheless I have wondered whether perhaps the choice of coloration may be a form of value judgement on the part of our notorious malefactors.
