Chuck Norris Hard Candy Review:
So the gig at the Hard Candy was in interesting one to say the least.
The people there are pretty cool and everyone really dug the all stars (good thing or there would have been a roundhouse kick to the face.
The venue itself is pretty dodgey but hey...its a garage with a bar in the corner what can you expect.
We kicked ass and went home happy.
I almost bitch slapped the bartender chick though.
Apparently there is a bar line patrons can't cross...thats fair but it would be more fair if it was clearly marked...and even more fair if the notification of me crossing a boundry was a tap on the shoulder and a polite "sorry but you can't come accross this line" (which as noted was not clearly marked)...instead I got a swift kick to the ass and a "don't cross this fuckin line".
Of course this would have been a completely different situation if I was a regular and I knew said bartender....I have never been to Hardy Candy in my life and I have never seen this dainty flower they call a bartender.....Good thing Chuck was busy saving the world at the time or he would have fucked her up royaly.
Anyway, show was good glad some of you made it and we really look forward to seeing you next week (June 22) at the Slice.
