Yet another pack of smokes have gone missing. That's it. I'm putting a tracking charm on the rest of my stash. WHAT IS GOING ON?

And for those wondering, no. I am NOT going to apologise to Demelza Robins. And I am NOT sorry that she recieved a detention or that she was so offended by my; rather apt, actually; description of her. And I do not care ( Read more... )

Since I'm a witch who doesn't like other witches, and a teammate and housemate of Demelza's, I can safely say that I am neither ignorant nor in love. And I can also safely say that she is not psychotic. Have you noticed that she only behaves this way around you? So it must be something that you're doing or maybe she likes him.

Then why on earth was she throwing paper aeroplanes at me yesterday morning despite the fact that I had done nothing whatsoever to provoke her?

Clearly, psychotic.

You sound normal. Off the caffeine, are you?

Did you ask her if you'd done anything? I'm not saying that you did. But maybe it was unintentional. Demelza usually doesn't do things like that without a reason.

Yes, thank you. I passed out in the bathroom and some of my friends found me and carried me back to Gryffindor Tower. I slept for almost twenty hours.

Her reason for the paper throwing was that I'd called her psychotic in the first place. And I called her psychotic because of how she ranting at me way back when you went nuts and locked yourself in the bathroom.

So, really - it had nothing to do with me whatsoever. I would stop calling her such, if she would quit acting it. I'm trying to study, and she's giving me Death Glares. Did you know, her Death Glares are incredibly distracting?

Distracting? Hm, maybe he does like her. No, I can't say I've ever noticed.

She was only acting that way because she was worried about me. Which was understandable given that I was acting rather - no, very - odd. She isn't normally like that.

That's probably because she likes you. Whereas I am the scum of the earth.

Yes, well you are normal now. There ought to be no reason why she's carrying it on. I don't need it, and I'm not provoking her. Which is VERY hard to resist doing.

She likes me because I'm nice to her. Funny how it works like that. Perhaps if you tried to be a bit more pleasant, she might be that way back.

By that principle, if I leave her alone, she should do the same. But she doesn't. And I don't want to be nice to her. I don't want to be anything to her. She's irked me enough already.

You two are both reasonably intelligent NEWT students. You should be able to settle this yourselves. Just snog already.

There is a difference between intelligence and maturity. The latter of which she obviously lacks. Paper aeroplanes, Merlin's balls.

And seeing as there is no other way to settle it, I'm going to just have to ignore her and hope to god she follows suit.

Oh, Quintus. Demelza was referring to you? Really, I think 'psychotic' a somewhat unfair label to bestow upon her for that. Many people rant on the odd occasion.

I am glad to hear that you are not rising to her terribly immature, Demelza, really bait, however. Perhaps you could sort it out quicker by discsussing the matter?

You people don't understand. She likes you. You don't know her other side. It's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Have you tried discussing a matter with her when she is so passionately stubborn about Salazar knows what?

I suppose you are correct, I have not. My apologies. I hope she tires of hassling you soon.

Have you read the Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde? I found it a fasicnating exploration of split personalities. R.L. Stevenson is a master of his craft. Actually, I believe I have Songs of Travel and Other Verses in my trunk. I can finish Potions later.

I hope so too. It would be nice to have a sane potions partner not so intent on irking me every spare minute she doesn't have.

I have read it, a good while ago. Do you like gothic literature?

Sometimes I do, when I am in fanciful mood.
