Random thought brought on by Kano Maria's retirement announcement;  it is interesting that Maya Miki/Sen Hosachi were the latest Hanagumi top stars to retire together. I wonder if that is a deliberate company strategy or just the way it has happened.

Admittedly, top stars retiring together seems less of *the* general default than what I felt it was.
