A.N.: I sadly do not own any of the boys… though we all know we’d love to own at least one of them. My god..I totally was using wrapping paper like I said Jin used like right before I wrote that part. xDD The little bit of lyrics are from that one Christmas song..which I believe is called ‘I’ll be home for Christmas”…if not well hopefully you know which song I mean. xDD
Something else I'd like to mention is..this is 1 of about 7 christmas fics I'm going to be writing, sadly this is the only one that got done so far, and the others will probably be posted after christmas is over. Hopefully no one minds that. ><

Jin was really excited, and he was excited because it was his first Christmas being back in Japan after his six month hiatus in Los Angeles (otherwise known as L.A.). But the main reason for his excitement was that he was going to be able to spend Christmas with his beloved Kazu-chan. Last year had been fun for sure, he had spent it with some of his new American friends, but it wasn’t the same without Kazuya there.
He had even thought of the perfect gift to get for Kame. He was currently wrapping the small box very neatly in blue wrapping paper decorated with sparkling snowflakes. He finished a few minutes later, the finishing touch being a silver bow with a tag carefully attached to it with Kame’s name neatly printed on it with a heart drawn next to it.
A smile crossed the brown haired man’s face as he thought of his Kazu-chan, and wondered what the other was doing right now. So Jin picked up his cell and called Kame’s cell, hoping the other would pick up, which he did.
“Moshi Moshi, Jin?”
“Kame~ What are you doing right now?”
“I’m at Ueda’s place with Ueda and Maru, baka~”
Jin pouted at being called a baka by his boyfriend, and he knew Kame could tell he was pouting even through the phone.
“Jin? You do know I was just kidding right?” Kame spoke into the phone after a few minutes of silence from Jin’s end.
“I know, but still it’s not funny being called a baka. Though, I know you mean it in a loving way. But anyways, why are you at Ueda’s with him and Maru?”
Kame quickly looked at Maru and Ueda, who were busy choosing bows and present tags, before saying something.
“Well I went shopping with them, and then we came back to Ueda’s place to relax. We were actually just picking what movie to watch.”
“Oh… Well have fun watching the movie and I’ll see you when you get home alright? I love you Kazuya.” Jin said into his phone, sounding a little disappointed at the fact that Kame wasn’t coming home.
“I love you too Jin, and don’t sound so disappointed… I’ll be home in a few hours, ok?”
Jin replied with a simple “Ok~” before he told Kame he loved him again and hung up.
On his end, Kame flipped his phone shut and promptly went back to attaching the bow to Jin’s gift. It was the very first picture of the two of them together after Jin’s return. It was taken at some beach when the entire group had gone out and celebrated.
Once he was done, he cleaned up what little mess he had made in the wrapping process and gathered up his things, wishing Ueda and Maru a Merry Christmas before heading home.
Kame arrived at the apartment almost half an hour later and found Jin setting something under the tree (Jin had just brought home a tree about a few weeks earlier, but had refused to say where he had gotten it). It appeared that Jin hadn’t heard him come in so he set his present for Jin down silently on the couch before sneaking up behind Jin and saying,
“Is that for me?”
Jin jumped back in surprise, nearly knocking Kame over, but luckily the other managed to not fall.
“Kame~ I guess you guys decided to not watch a movie then?”
Kame shook his head no in reply as he turned and picked up Jin’s gift and walking past the other to place it under the tree as well. Gifts from their bandmates and other friends lay neatly under the tree as well all waiting to be opened the next morning, but the ones they would open tonight were to be the ones for each other.
Jin meanwhile had put in some Christmas CD he had gotten in America, and therefore it was entirely in English. However, Kame was able to understand most of it.
I’ll be home for Christmas~ You can count on me~
Kame smiled at the lyrics, he was able to recognize the English in the song, and it made him think of Jin being home this Christmas. He also recalled Jin had said that exact same thing to him over the phone last Christmas. He meant it, of course, for the next Christmas, but he meant it all the same.
The music was playing softly in the background now as Jin and Kame sat on the floor in front of the tree, the presents for one another held gently in their hands.
“You go first Kame... No wait, why don’t we go at the same time?”
Kame just smiled and nodded in agreement with Jin, and the two carefully began opening the gift they were holding.
Both let out collective gasps when they opened the gift they were holding and saw what it was.
“Jin… Is this… A new pinky ring?” Kame said as he looked at his boyfriend who was sitting directly across from him. Jin nodded his head and smiled.
“I hope you like it. I even had our names engraved on it.” Jin had a hopeful look in his eyes, hoping Kame would accept the pinky ring.
Kame gently slid his finger over the engraving of their names around the outside of the ring. It was beautiful and he couldn’t help but smile.
“Of course I love it! You did get one for yourself as well didn’t you?” Kame said as he slipped the ring onto his left pinky finger.
When Kame looked up Jin was holding up his right hand, a matching pinky ring shining in the light on it.
“Kame your gift… I love it. We all went to the beach to celebrate my return. I remember it as if it were yesterday, and I’m glad you gave me this.” Jin said, a huge grin on his face.
He set the picture down and leaned closer to Kame, placing a hand behind his head and pulling the other in for a kiss.
“I told you I’d be home for Christmas. I love you Kazuya. Merry Christmas.” Jin whispered to Kame when he pulled away.
“I love you too, Jin. Merry Christmas and welcome home.” Kame whispered back, smiling at Jin.
