Is the computer help desk open during the Summer?

My computer is already giving me trouble - right now it's refusing to read discs. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and everything else I could find that might work to no avail, and running a lens cleaner didn't work either.

I wanted to try and rip all my CDs to it before I left so I wouldn't have to take any with me, but apparently that's not going to happen, heh.
