My computer is fixed! Well, for now it is atleast. I called TeleTechie yesterday and made an appointment for today. The guy showed up at 3 and spent nearly an hour working on this damn thing. He said I had a lot of spyware so he ran a few scans and got rid of a bunch of it. Then he left me the new version of AdAware and some other scan that they use. If there's any other problems I just have to call them.
For now I should be fine, though.
