We truly are a country all about drugs. Weed, ciggies, alcohol, aspirin, codeine, Pepto Bismol (does the pink stuff count as a drug?), etc, etc, etc.

Seriously. I was flabbergasted. I knew that forking over cash and plastic money for things I wanted was some sorta fiscal disease. I just didn't think there was an actual name and cure for it! The cure?
Celexa. It's a drug that is commonly used to treat depression. Interesting. Well, maybe there is some merit in that. I shop when I am depressed. Also when I am happy, excited, upset, and so forth and so on.
My parents and I are still floored that some Americans are taking this type of drug to treat something that is surely manageable? Sure, I bought new jeans, leather gloves, mittens, scarf, slacks, and my umpteenth black sweater--all in this past week. But I do have some sort of rein over my finances.
I have a job and I'm not living in a cardboard box (yet). But getting back on track.
We citizens in this grand old country take meds for any old reason. And I do mean anything. One day we will all be immune to medicines. What then?
I have a paper cut. What should I pop? =Þ

Since we're on shopping and all... My latest LV desire (the bag not the chick):
