Apparently 
queerlygen is where I post for different fandoms, because I've just written my first ever Final Fantasy IX fic for the 'road trip' challenge they're running over there, featuring Quina (who is canonically genderqueer) and Bobby Corwen (the cutest chocobo ever from the Black Mage Village). It is essentially the story of two adventurer-gourmands bonding over a fight and some stew; 1300 words; set a few years after the game ends.
A Qu and xyr chocobo take on the world, one meal at a time.
