can't sleep
what the hell? all day today all i could was think about how wonderful it would be to crawl into my bed and sleep for 20 million hours. now i couldn't fall asleep if you paid me (and thats been done before), and everybody else is asleep for morning practice.
i managed to get a B on my first huge ass chem exam today. it tried to kick my butt, but i was like "ah hell no, the man can't hold me down". yes it was the lowest B grade possible, but it was still a B, in the hardest class i've ever taken (and studied the longest for).
my theme song this week has been "heaven is a half-pipe" by OPM, for no particular reason, except that it was stuck in my head for days. here are some choice lyrics:

now heaven would be a dj, spinnin' dub all night long
and heaven would be just kickin back with jesus packin' my bong"
i find a large amount of pleasure from blasting it in my dorm room, at all hours of the day. sometimes i wonder if there is something wrong with me...and then i just start thinking about jesus "packing a bong", its a very thought-provoking concept. i suppose its against the bible to get high, but i can't think of a specific verse at the time that goes against it. i mean there's all the talk about honoring your mother and father, and not having sex before marriage...and priests could probably work that to apply to smoking, along with anything else they need to justify saying. i'm still curious to know what the bible says about drugs. i guess you could say that you're supposed to respect the human body and other people, and by doing anything that puts you in an altered state of mind is not respectful. maybe i should just write my own version of the bible. then i could start my own church. the possibilities are truly endless. or maybe i'll just go to hell for saying this
ps. would anybody be up for a trip to south bend? i'll hook you up with a football ticket in exchange for a back massage...well maybe like 4 or 5 back massages...but thats a good deal, let me tell you. let me know if you're interested
