In work the other day...

Quill walks into work and the woman she's letting off tells her the funniest thing she heard that day:

A  table full of nice Little Old Ladies (complete with thin frames and puffy white hair) orders their food--various forms of breakfast.

Food is cooked, and server takes out food to little old ladies, setting out a breakfast that includes sausage

Oh, man, poor Quill! That sucks, especially the health issues. I hope you have not been hurt in that accident. On the other hand, cheers for you publishing progress! How many works have you published so far and what are their titles?

Me, I've had pretty much similar stuff going on: job troubles leading to and being exacerbated by health troubles. It's taken me almost a year to fix those, but things are looking up now.

On the plus side: happy family news (sister had another baby and I'm now living closer to family) and awesome travelling. Also, exciting short-term job plans - I'll be leaving for a six-week internship in Rwanda soon.

The good things always count double ^__^
