Looking for recipes
Some people on my flist may be horrified at this question. Sorry, but carnivore here.
I am looking for recipes for pheasant. I have never made it before and was introduced to duck by my sister and brother in law at Christmas (it was delish!!) The same week, my brother gave me a bag with pheasant in it to try. I know I could cook it like chicken...but was looking for something new.
Any recommendations?
