Bran doesn’t understand why his almost-lover won’t touch him. He questions his attractiveness, wonders if he truly is as much a freak as others have always claimed.
He tells Bran that isn’t so. Bran is the world, as brilliant as the sun that colors his eyes. But to Bran, assurences mean little. Bran desires action.
He has a decision to make - a choice which leads to no solution, only heartbreak.
Which betrayal is worse? To show Bran what has been hidden, or deny him the future?
