This story is very interesting and I'll be watching for more.
One part I find especially interesting is Kurt's character development. I've been rewatching season 1 these past few days and I keep thinking how young Kurt is, and unsure. That first season there was a huge change in him and I can't really pinpoint what it was. The most obvious idea would be Kurt's coming out except it took much longer for the change to be noticeable. My rambling has some sort of point...
I think you depicting Kurt as a very private person is probably one of the most accurate characterizations I've seen because Kurt never really says what's wrong, we only ever see that it is in that first season/beginning of the season. We don't get to hear his viewpoint as often.
I'm really interested to see where you go with this in terms of Kurt, considering his relationship to his father, the bullying at school, and coming to terms with his own sexuality all combined with your twist of Quinn and his future fatherhood.
Quinn we can see changing like she did on the show, but it's different because there's Kurt and Burt and Tina and a whole different set of circumstances. The changes you show are understandable and reasonable and slow.
And yeah, this is a long comment. Anyway, I've really enjoyed this series so far and will be watching for more
Thank you. I keep thinking about Chris Colfer stating in a very early interview that Kurt is very internal. It works for Season 1 characterization, I think... he's an iceberg. Ninety percent of what's going on with Kurt is under the surface.
